On the activities of the Sorbian Institute

Regular updates can be found in the Sorbian Institute’s newsletter (Wokolnik, published both in German and in Sorbian language), which has been published two to three times a year since 2018. In the section News & Events there are posted the latest news, upcoming events and calls for applications.

Other communication channels include the Mastodon and Bluesky social media and, on an occasional basis (particularly for recordings of events), the Sorbian Institute’s YouTube channel.

Since 2013/14, the Sorbian Institute has published brochures at irregular intervals with reports prepared for the interested public. In addition to a selection of research projects in larger thematic contexts, they increasingly contain background information on the Institute’s activities.
